Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy – Adiguru Ayurveda effective date 3rd October 2025

At Adiguru Ayurveda, we value your trust and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our Ayurvedic wellness products. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are offered.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned if they are:
- Damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Incorrect items delivered compared to your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or opened personal care products (balms, oils, soaps, etc.).
Products purchased during clearance or special promotions, unless damaged/defective.

3. Return Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us with your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product if damaged.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate a refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Adiguru Ayurveda.
For other reasons (e.g., customer changed mind), shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
